Property Ministry Team Job List

In a continued effort to better structure and organize the Property Ministry Team, we have compiled a list of needs, projects, etc. that come to the ministry team's attention. Your willingness to lend a hand and your efforts are greatly appreciated as we try to maintain the beautiful property we have, which can be difficult at times. While the new building is amazing, the original building has much wear and tear that requires work on a consistent basis. Below you will find a list which will be updated regulaly. If and when you are able to provide a service, please refer to this list or contact either John Fischer, Brad Day, or Aimee at the church to let us know. We will modify the list accordingly. As I hope all of you know, you are under no obligation and there are no expectations here. Your gift of time, when there, is often the best gift, but also can the most difficult. If that "gift" does present itself, however, it is always needed and appreciated, whether it be through this ministry team or another.

• front door painted
• repair and painting of wall by door on first landing of stairwell going down to Fellowship Hall
• wash, paint, and reinstall stair strips on stairway going up to the second floor by the elevator
• threshold between the new storage room (room 34?) and the hallway was taken out and it needs to be replaced (CE wing 2nd floor)
• ladies’ bathroom in the undercroft needs some retiling following the repair done to the floor
• new widows in balcony needs to be primed and painted
• painting of sprinkler system, starting with the children's wing (paint has been purchased)
• CE wing hallway needs to be painted on second floor where closet used to be (top of the landing and on the right hand side)
• re-caulking of window in downstairs 3/4yr old's bathroom
• hallways by new store rooms need painting (CE wing on 2nd floor)
• "Zebra room" needs to be cleaned out
• painting of the tunnel
• touch up painting in the  Reception Office, Copy/Mail Room, Reception Room, center hand rail in main foyer.
• enclose sump pump in the Undercroft
• paint needs to be relocated from Undercroft and Network Room
• entrance and exit sign for OP Co-OP and MDO need to be moved
• dumbwaiter in Fellowship Hall kitchen needs repair
• a few pieces of siding on garage needs to be replaced
• Paint radiators in The Meeting Place
• Paint doors for the new closets, they have been primed.
• Hang new closet doors
• Stain new door in Undercroft
• Purchase and plant bushes for the back entry – not Barberry bushes
• Computer room needs a curtain
• Computer room needs flooring – tiles are in the Undercroft
• Floor base cove for Undercroft and tunnel – there is some in the Undercroft, but no mastic
• Clean stairway and room at access to the balcony
• Directional signs replaced on wall in tunnel
• Weather stripping between doors in stairway to the Choir Room/UC
