In a continued effort to better structure and organize the Property Ministry Team, we have compiled a list of needs, projects, etc. that come to the ministry team's attention. Your willingness to lend a hand and your efforts are greatly appreciated as we try to maintain the beautiful property we have, which can be difficult at times. While the new building is amazing, the original building has much wear and tear that requires work on a consistent basis. Below you will find a list which will be updated regulaly. If and when you are able to provide a service, please refer to this list or contact Bill Hess to let him know. We will modify the list accordingly. As I hope all of you know, you are under no obligation and there are no expectations here. Your gift of time, when there, is often the best gift, but also can the most difficult. If that "gift" does present itself, however, it is always needed and appreciated, whether it be through this ministry team or another.

CE wing hallway needs to be painted on second floor where closet used to be (top of the landing and on the right hand side) - re-caulking of window in downstairs 3/4yr old's bathroom
hallways by new store rooms need painting (CE wing on 2nd floor) - a few pieces of siding on garage needs to be replaced
- Computer room needs flooring – tiles are in the Undercroft
- Vent under front entrance
- Side doors need new panes of glass to unbreakable – RR to CE wing
- Men’s bathroom CE Wing needs painting – 1 wall
- Patch plaster in balcony ceiling
- Tunnel door needs plaster and to be painted
- Tunnel leaks on FH end need repair
- Capet in garage to be moved to UC/ Basement
- Cut mats for floor wells outside of entrances
- Finish coat under counter outside pastor’s office
- New sign for CE Wing
- New Exit and Entrance signs on N. Buffalo Street
- Remove last post from old MDO sign on Clark Street
